Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA or HHA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts

Qualifications Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have no disciplinary actions against certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical-thinking skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
