Two years full time ER RN experience required. RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting. See additional department proficiency requirements above. TNCC required within 1 year of hire. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
