Participates in the responsible management of all departmental/hospital resources, which includes endoscopy supplies and equipment. Assists in the Endoscopy lab as an endoscopy technician. Sets up, cleans and processes equipment. Restocks supplies in the Endo suite. Assists with department inventory when needed. Must be available to take call at variable times. Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for endoscopic procedures. Clean, disinfect, and reprocess endoscopes and accessories according to manufacturer guidelines and facility policy. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards. Support teamwork and department staffing needs while maintaining professional communication and customer service standards. What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Required, or CMA/OR Tech. Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 3 months of hire. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:00AM-2:30PM (Call required every 3-4 weeks Sat & Sun 7:00A-7:00PM) No weeknight or overnight call.
