What You’ll Do

Support an autistic adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. (Individual has a wheelchair.)

Provide community support and assistance with activities of daily living to individual.

Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

Experience preferred.
Comfortable with driving individual in the community

Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, every other Monday 9am-9pm and every other Monday 3:30pm-9pm
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Hammonton, NJ
Driving: Required

This opportunity is designed for candidates who are comfortable with hands-on caregiving and personal support in addition to companionship and community participation. Position Overview Assignments vary based on the individual. Some individuals need assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, mobility, meals, routines, supervision, or other hands-on supports. About This Opportunity This position requires a DSP with strong judgment, reliability, and relevant direct-care experience. The individual requires high level of support and supervision.
