Job Summary:

Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston is seeking dependable, experienced Caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers
Provide companionship and memory care support to help clients feel comfortable and engaged
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Escort clients to appointments and run errands as needed
Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
