Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs, we are seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to provide advanced in-home care to our clients specifically in Northern Colorado Springs. Daytime and afternoon/evening shifts, Monday–Sunday Caregivers Needed. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible and rewarding part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with meals and light housekeeping
Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care
Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care

Requirements:

1+ year of caregiving or related experience
Comfortable working with clients who have complex or changing care needs
Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs
Hospice experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving
