As a Caregiver (Part-time), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Engage in conversational activities, games, and other leisure pursuits to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Assist with transferring clients from one place to another, including using mobility aids and equipment
Perform light lifting and other physical tasks as needed
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in care giving or a related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and dignity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Responsibilities and Duties: Right at Home provides non-medical, in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities to help them thrive in their home. We achieve this by providing care that helps their daily lives run more smoothly. We help with activities of daily living to ensure our clients receive individualized care specific to their physical capabilities and mental capacities.
