Kindly Direct Care is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity one-to-one assignment in Ridgefield Park NJ 07660. About This Opportunity This position requires a DSP with strong judgment, reliability, and relevant direct-care experience. The individual requires high level of support and supervision. The assignment rate reflects the complexity and expectations of this specific case. Responsibilities May Include Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring. Providing support with ADLs and daily routines as required. Follow individualized behavioral, medical, health, and safety protocols within DSP scope and training. Support communication, routines, community participation, and independence. Use approved support strategies consistently and calmly. Recognize and promptly report changes in health, behavior, functioning, or safety. Respond appropriately to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
