Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Tinley Park, IL. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, allowing them to live independently and with dignity. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meals, medication reminders, and household chores
Support clients with mobility and ambulation needs, including transfers and walking assistance
Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
Communicate with the office regularly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients

Requirements:

Willing to train the right candidate
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
