About the Role:

As a Nurse Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare of East Haven, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while establishing communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers. You will also provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
