We are a beautiful small, quiet, and hidden gem Assisted Living Facility in Bradenton, Florida, with new ownership and management bringing exciting changes. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're looking for a reliable and compassionate Med Tech/Resident Care Aide to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Perform vital signs, vital measurement, and assist with medication administration

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure resident-centered care

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in healthcare, gerontology, or a related field preferred

  • Must be a Med Tech or willing to obtain Med Tech certification

  • Background in care and a passion for providing excellent care to seniors

  • Reliable and flexible schedule, available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm
