Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and improving the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation

  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
