About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as necessary

  • Lead and mentor our team of nurses, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge

Job Summary Responsible for supervision of nursing staff on the assigned shift, the nursing care provided and related administrative and professional nursing activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Available to offer direct and indirect clinical support as needed.
