Job Summary:

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on personal care, treatment, and hygiene
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and concerns
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients using proper techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
