Day Shift Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte. As a Day Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we serve and are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a Day Shift Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities to our clients. This may include tasks such as:

  • Assisting with personal care needs

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Local transportation

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Medication reminders

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop tailored care plans to support their well-being.
