To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

  • As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license;

  • C.P.R. certification;

JOB SUMMARY Responsible to provide direct nursing care to the customer, and to supervise the day-to- day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in the State of Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
