Job Summary:

Right at Home Northern Westchester, a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes. #BeEssential as a Right at Home Caregiver!

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an HHA with Right at Home Northern Westchester, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming

• Performing light housekeeping activities, meal preparation, and errands

• Providing companionship through activities such as reading, music, and puzzles

• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises and medication reminders

• Accompanying clients on medical appointments and providing support with daily living activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D.

• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance (preferred)

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance

• Clean Motor Vehicle Report

• Pass a background check

• CNA license, Home Health Aide and/or Personal Care Aide certification (preferred)
