Your Role as a Caregiver

As part of the SYNERGY HomeCare team, you'll provide compassionate non-medical care that helps clients remain independent and maintain their quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility and daily routines
Accompanying clients to medical appointments or errands when needed
Maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
Providing reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Successful completion of a required background check
