We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Per Diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a certified nursing assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed

  • Support rehabilitation goals by assisting with exercises, transfers, and mobility

  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication administration

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel. Essential Functions Consults with and keeps supervisor informed of unit activities, needs, and problems related to patient care.
