Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Per Diem

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a per diem RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents while working night shifts. About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift team, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, including but not limited to medication administration, wound care, and vital sign assessments.

  • You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals.

  • You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress, adhering to established policies and procedures.

  • You will participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services that enhance the overall rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to medication administration, wound care, and vital sign assessments.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress, adhering to established policies and procedures.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on various health-related topics and rehabilitation techniques.
