Job Summary

North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a certified and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living

  • Assist with rehabilitative therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as directed by a licensed therapist

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and therapy participation

  • Participate in care planning and goal setting with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Florida

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
