We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a small, community-focused facility located in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a Registered Nurse on our Night Shift, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. Your expertise and compassion will help us maintain our commitment to setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs

  • Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting

  • Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
