Right at Home Wilmington is looking for experienced caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on personal care.

$300 SIGN-ON BONUS

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU CAN:

✔ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

✔ Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance

✔ Prepare meals (this means cooking, not just heating up something in the microwave)

✔ Perform light housekeeping

✔ Provide medication reminders

✔ Provide companionship and supervision, including having meaningful, engaging conversations with your clients

✔ Follow a client's care plan

✔ Recognize and report changes in a client's condition or needs

THIS POSITION MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF:

· You are looking for a sitter position

· You are not willing and able to drive up to 20 minutes to get to your shifts in your client’s home on time

REQUIREMENTS

Previous caregiving experience is required
Must be comfortable providing hands-on ADL assistance
Your own reliable vehicle
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Must be available at least 2 days per week
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
Must be able to work independently in a client's home

AVAILABLE SHIFTS
