Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

JOB TYPE: NURSE SUPERVISOR

SHIFTS: 8-4:30 EVERY SATRUDAY AND SUNDAY

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Pay Range

$37.08 - $48.38 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.

The Nursing Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing staff. This position is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as needed while ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with established standards of practice and facility policies and procedures.
