Position Summary: 

Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

In this specialized role, you will provide quality hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care to adult and aging adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dialysis nurse or a Registered Nurse looking to specialize in dialysis nursing. Training is provided for nurses without prior dialysis experience.
