Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and daily activities
Provide compassionate care that supports residents’ dignity and independence
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Document care accurately and follow infection-control procedures
Collaborate with the nursing team to meet residents’ needs

Qualifications:

Active Ohio nurse aide certification and registry eligibility (CNA)
Strong communication skills and a caring, resident-focused approach
Dependability and a commitment to teamwork
