We are hiring a Standby Caregiver to provide temporary coverage and support for clients throughout our service areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who values flexibility, variety, and dependable hours while being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Cover shifts when regularly scheduled caregivers call out or are unavailable.
Provide temporary care for new clients until a permanent caregiver is assigned.
Fill open or short-term shifts based on agency needs.
Provide compassionate care in accordance with client care plans and agency policies.
Assist with office or administrative tasks when needed and qualified.
Remain available for designated standby coverage.
