Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Provide personal care services to residents, including incontinent care and toileting

• Assist with mealtime and feeding, as needed

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Participate in resident care planning and implement care plans as directed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
