A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support resident care plans and individualized needs
Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Document care and services provided
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day

Qualifications

Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life
