Job Summary:

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc., a provider of Home Care in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments

  • Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans

  • Communicate assessment findings to the care team

  • Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:

  • Medication management

  • Wound care

  • Catheter and tube feeding care

  • Diabetes management/insulin administration

  • Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care

  • IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia

  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred

  • Strong assessment and clinical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently with clients in their homes

  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
