Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies

  • Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

  • Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
