Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) Full-Time Rotation

$21 / hour

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.


Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines

  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned

  • Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locations

  • Report significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisor

  • For RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assigned

  • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights


Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in the state of [State]

  • RNA certification

  • Ability to work a rotating schedule with every other weekend

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Reports any variance in the patient's condition, to licensed staff. Reports specific patient or family needs, concerns, and changes in activity to licensed staff. Refers complaints and problems to licensed staff or department manager immediately. Answers patient call lights within two minutes as assigned. Greets patient and family members in friendly professional manner. Identifies self by name and job category. As assigned, assists patient with their needs.
