About the Role:

As a Night 7p-7a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our nursing leadership team. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Conducting assessments and documenting patient progress in accordance with our established policies and procedures
• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
• Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
