Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
Work closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Support and maintain a positive and respectful work environment

About the Role:

As a Night CNA, you will work 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays
