How you’ll make an impact in this role
-
Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patients' charts.

Assist with treatments ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered nurse.

Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.

Perform basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, filling, and provide general office and clerical support to the assigned area.

Perform basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies. While maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following:
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Clinics in Alabama require Ala LCE.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required for associates working in Alabama clinics.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences:

At least one year of experience in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group setting.

Demonstrated experience with patient rooming procedures.
