Responsibilities

As a Certified Medication Tech (CMT), you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities. CMTs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident.

 

Qualifications

 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.

This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Also, must perform routine daily tasks required in maintaining the health, comfort and wellbeing of the residents. May be subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc, including TB and the AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses.
