About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and personal care assistance
• Assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
