What You'll Do As CNA
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and document vital signs and other resident information as directed.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility procedures.
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
What We're Looking For
Current New Jersey CNA certification required.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
