Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with personal care needs, including vital signs, medication management, and incontinence care

  • Assist with mobility and transfer activities, such as ambulation, lifting, and transferring

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding clients

  • Provide companionship and social support to clients

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care activities

  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery
