Home Health Aide

$13.50 - $1,400 / week

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment

  • Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

  • Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping

  • Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team

  • Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs

Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable. Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment. Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
