Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our team. As a Male Caregiver, you will provide top-notch care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, and enhancing their overall quality of life. This is a part-time opportunity working 12-hour shifts on weekends, offering a perfect blend of flexibility and fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our clients. Hoyer lift experience needed.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support
Promote independence and autonomy while ensuring client safety and well-being
Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams to deliver holistic care
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions
Document client progress and maintain accurate records
