Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized care to clients in their homes, including personal care, companion care, and light housekeeping

  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Perform vital sign checks, meal preparation, and medication management as needed

  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and services rendered

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
