How you’ll make an impact in this role

Streamline Patient Intake & Assessment: Perform vital signs collection, detailed health histories, and routine preventative screenings to ensure efficient clinic flow and accurate diagnostic readiness for providers.

Deliver Precise Clinical Treatments: Safely administer medications, immunizations, injections, and wound care, while assisting providers with minor in-office surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.

Coordinate Seamless Care & Outreach: Manage patient triage, lab result notifications, prescription refills, and specialist referrals to ensure comprehensive follow-up and zero gaps in care delivery.

Empower Patient Health & Compliance: Provide actionable health education, chronic disease management guidance, and self-care instructions that directly improve patient adherence and long-term wellness.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. OK or KS state licensure required relevant to where the employee works. Knowledge and skill in writing prescriptions for the Physician as needed.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
