Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys caring for patients where they are most comfortable—at home? Join MaineHealth Care at Home as a full-time Registered Nurse serving Cumberland County and become part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional home health care that helps patients recover, regain independence, and live safely in their own homes.

As a Home Care RN, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or managing chronic medical conditions. This role offers the unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while practicing with a high level of autonomy. You'll manage a diverse caseload, perform skilled nursing visits, monitor patient progress, provide medication and disease management education, coordinate community resources, and serve as a trusted advocate throughout each patient's healthcare journey. Every home visit allows you to make a direct and lasting impact on your patients' quality of life.

As a full-time, Registered Nurse, you'll enjoy the flexibility and independence that comes with caring for patients in the community while benefiting from the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team. Serving patients throughout Cumberland County, you'll enjoy caring for individuals across vibrant coastal communities, historic neighborhoods, and rural settings while experiencing the variety and independence that make home health nursing such a rewarding career.
