CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity at a 76 bed Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to be part of our team.

  • Provides direct care to residents in the facility, primarily for their activities of daily living, plan of care, assistance with restorative programs, documentation as required by the facility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certified Nurse Assistant with a current State of NY certification.
  • Previous experience is desired.
  • GED/High School diploma required

The ideal candidate should have at least one year or more of long term care experience but newly certified nursing assistants are welcome to apply!

The CNA/HHA will provide routine individualized healthcare based on a care plan set by the LPN to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or in a care facility.
