As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Right at Home South Bay, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care and compassion to our clients, and we are looking for individuals who share our values.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Promote independence and dignity for clients, while also providing emotional support and companionship

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, families, and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Home Care Aide License (or willing to obtain)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Current TB test

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to provide care to clients with varying degrees of physical and cognitive impairment
