RN Unit Manager – Day Shift

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team on the day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.

  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.

  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up.

  • Review and oversee care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Monitor quality measures and help implement performance improvement initiatives.

  • Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to nursing staff.

  • Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the applicable state.

  • Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a SNF preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and clinical documentation.

  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
