We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a busy Cardiology group! The RN will assist the physicians with managing care for cardiology patients. A detailed-oriented, dependable, organized nurse who can do multitask and has demonstrated a consistent work history will be the candidate chosen for the job.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • EKG's, holter monitor placement
  • Assisting in pacemaker monitoring
  • Assisting with stress test monitoring
  • Educating patients and families
  • Referrals and preauthorization
  • Medication management.

Qualifications

  • A current Louisiana RN license is required for this position.
  • Clinical experience or Cardiology experience preferred but not required.

The office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. A hospital-wide and a detailed departmental orientation are offered upon hire. There is also an excellent benefit package provided.
