About the Role:

As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical director

  • Conducting vital signs and reporting any changes to our care team

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

  • Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records

  • Collaborating with our care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Responsibilities:

  • Work 12-hour evening shift, 7pm-7am, including weekends and holidays

  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

  • Communicate effectively with our care team, residents, and families

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Ohio

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
