Caregiver Requirements

At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
At least 21 years old
Reliable transportation
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Passion for supporting seniors and adults with disabilities

Caregiver Responsibilities

Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support mobility and physical activities
Observe clients and document changes in their health
Assist with medications as directed
Engage clients in memory care activities and routines
Do light housekeeping to help keep the home safe
Follow care plans and coordinate with healthcare teams
Provide specialized care in hospice and group home settings

Pay

Anticipated range: $225–$275 per day

Pay is based on factors such as experience, education, and schedule availability. Final compensation is determined at the time of offer.
